Sam and the entire team were professional, explained what they would be doing that day and put mats down to protect the wood floors where they were working. The staff was extremely courteous, respected the property, and did a fantastic job on the chimney inspection, the repairs, the installation of the copper flashings, and especially, the fantastic fireplace installed in the Master Bedroom. I really appreciated the communication to keep me informed during the order stage for the materials, the call the day before and morning of each process. I will definitely have them inspect and clean on an annual basis. Thank you Chimney Doctor Team!!!

Sam and Bryce installed a new wood burning insert, the entire team was very knowledgeable, made sure we understood everything that was going on, kept our house clean throughout the whole process. We were very impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Their customer service when setting up the appointment and updating us on arrival times was great, and their field reps were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, showing us where the problems were and how they would fix them. We also respect that they treat COVID seriously and took every precaution w/ masks and asked that we do the same. We will use them annually for regular maintenance and highly recommend them. Enjoying a beautiful fire as I type this.

We purchased our home last year with the home inspection recommending the chimney cap be replaced. After some research we decided to call Chimney Doctor based on the reviews. Oh my gosh these guys are awesome! Scott, Sam & Josh are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had an unusual issue with a woodpecker pecking on our chimney every morning. It sounded like the bird was in our house. “Woody” was waking us up at 7am every morning. Chimney Doctor came up with a novel idea that took care of the problem. I can’t say how grateful we are!! I am highly recommending this business to people that are in search of a qualified chimney sweeper. A safety inspection was done prior to the sweep, and it was discovered that there were issues with the original installation of my wood stove insert. Sam was knowledgeable and patient. It was a pricey fix, but I feel much safer using it now. Just to add, the workers were very respectable about covering furniture and placing it back in their original spot after completion of the job! AND, they wore masks! Thank you, Dr. Scott, Sam, Bryce and Josh!
