We have been using the Chimney Doctor for several seasons now to care for our fireplace and we cannot imagine using any other company. The staff is always prompt, kind, swift and thorough. Every year we get a scheduling call at least a month in advance to secure a spot in their very busy calendar and a reminder text a few days out. Additionally, a text gives us a heads up when the tech is headed our way. These folks are honest and the pricing fair and clear. It feels great to be able to support a local, "mom and pop" company that is centered right here in our community. If you use your fireplace every year to heat your living room/bedroom/ etc. do yourself a favor and get the Chimney doctor out to care for it, yearly.

Chimney, doctor was very flexible with my property. I had human relations issues and they were very helpful in rescheduling three times.
They were cheerful when helping me with my personality issues
We finally got them in there and they thoroughly inspected my equipment. I have two Fireplace inserts and they always ensure that there’s no intrusion of water on these exhaust on the roof.
I couldn’t be happier with this company if you have a fireplace fireplace insert or a chimney that needs to be swept. Chimney, doctor is on-call.

We’ve been using Chimney Doc for the past four years, and before that my parents used them for the same home. They’ve been consistently outstanding every time. They are always professional, punctual, and thorough, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. They do an excellent job cleaning our fireplace and always leave everything spotless when they’re finished. It’s hard to find a company that’s this reliable year after year. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable fireplace service!

Sam, the owner, personally came out to do the work. Great ease making an appointment. They are incredibly skilled, professional, and thorough. I feel safe with their comprehensive, high-quality, certified level of work and attention to details. They explained what they were going to do and reviewed the work as they were doing it. They were patient, supportive, and educational throughout our service visit!
